Requirements

• Take responsibility for the smooth running of all staff desktops, phones , and other hardware for example laptops, teleconference facilities etc for all users to ensure efficiency and maximise productivity of internal staff for a 24-hour business.
  
• Installation/configuration of software including email, antivirus or any third-party applications requested by the customer
  
• Provide support for any IT related issue as direct by management
