• Assist in handling cases initiated by or involving the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, affidavits, and other legal documents
• Prepare legal opinions, case evaluations, and legal memoranda under supervision
• Conduct legal research and jurisprudence review
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and conferences as authorized
• Monitor case timelines, compliance with court directives, and filing deadlines
• Perform other legal tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing
• 1 to 2 years experience in a law firm
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of court procedures and applicable laws
• Organized, reliable and can work independently while taking direction and feedback
