Junior Leasing Consultant

Our client in the Property Development Industry is seeking a Junior Leasing Consultant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing Strategy & Portfolio Occupancy

• Develop and implement annual leasing strategies to maximise occupancy.
• Identify problem vacancies and execute corrective strategies.
• Analyse leasing reports and anticipate occupancy trends.

Lead Management & Deal Execution

• Follow up all leads within required timeframes.
• Manage with relevant team members where necessary, full leasing cycle: tenant sourcing, applications, credit checks, proposals, negotiations, and lease conclusion.
• Ensure Proposal?to?Let, lease documents, resolutions, sureties, and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Maintain up?to?date tenant files and deal records.
