Junior Logistics Coordinator (Familiarity with Intermodal)

Location: Medellin / On-site during training period then hybrid

Full Time / M-F 8am-5pm EST

Contract: Indefinite Contract

Salary: 3.600.000 COP

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for monitoring shipments in real time, ensuring accurate tracking, and proactively communicating shipment status to internal teams and customers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service reliability, minimizing delays, and supporting daily intermodal operations.

• Monitor and track intermodal shipments from origin to destination using TMS and carrier portals.
