We are looking for a motivated and service‑oriented Service Desk Engineer to join our multilingual team based in Barcelona as the first point of contact for IT support , supporting a diverse community of users across Europe. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our laboratories, offices and VIP users across more than 500 sites.
Working in a collaborative and international environment, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality support and maintaining a positive user experience. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, identifying recurring issues and supporting the development of internal processes and documentation.
