The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by managing leads, engaging prospects remotely, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication. This role supports the sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound sales callsQualify prospects based on needs, budget, and readiness to buyPresent products/services and explain value propositions clearlyPrepare and follow up on quotations and proposalsMaintain accurate customer and deal records in the CRMFollow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel
