Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations while driving quality, safety and team performance.
• Oversee all production operations, including raw material (RM) store.
• Guide and direct workforce; assign tasks and provide instructions.
• Ensure product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systems.
• Train manpower and ensure proper job allocation.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure equipment checks.
• Coordinate with Production Planner for timely batch planning and delivery.
• Manage ERP transactions for stock transfer/posting.
• Enforce fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting Team.
• Control departmental costs, including overtime (OT).
