OVERVIEW The Junior Property Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operational management of assigned properties to ensure efficient functioning, compliance with standards, and positive tenant experiences. The role focuses on operational oversight, maintenance coordination, reporting, and supporting leasing activities through effective property readiness and stakeholder coordination.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operational functioning of Zikhethele and Indlu- rental Apartments to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-managed.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance issues reported by leasing agents and tenants, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
Conduct and review move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring standards and reporting accuracy.
Ensure properties comply with internal operational standards and procedures.
