Job Description

Position: QA Jr. Executive (Call Centre)
Location: Mercu Aspire, KL Eco City (5 mins walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum)
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate, and audit both sales and non-sales calls to ensure adherence to company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Document and analyze call audit findings to identify trends, areas for improvement, and operational gaps.

Prepare detailed reports on call quality performance and submit findings to management.

Collaborate with the Telemarketing Department to provide insights for process improvements.

Perform other audit-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
