Job Summary Support project cost control and contract administration by assisting in quantity take-offs, preparing claims and quotations, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation for Civil & RC construction works.
Responsibilities - Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for Civil and Reinforced Concrete (RC) works to support project budgeting
- Prepare detailed quotations, progress claims, variation order claims, and subcontractor payment documentation to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage to identify variances and support cost control measures
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and managing contract administration to facilitate project procurement and compliance
