The Countess of Brecknock Hospice are seeking a Band 6 Deputy Sister to join our amazing team and fantastic modern hospice in the heart of Hampshire!

This role is a clinic based role, for 12 months initially with the hope to extend this long term, running from the inpatient unit. This role is key to supporting palliative outpatients, enabling the optimal care of our patients and contributes to the success of our Trust.

The delivery of a high quality, effective and compassionate care is paramount within HHFT.
