Skydance offers a dynamic, inclusive, and ever‑evolving culture. As a Junior Systems Support Technician, you will support the studio’s technology ecosystem and help push the limits of collaborative art.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows & Linux OS environments (users, permissions, network, policies, storage, applications…)
• Use Office365, Adobe, and Autodesk products
• Install, support, and maintain servers, computer systems, wireless and local area networks
• Install, configure, layout, and maintain hardware and software equipment
• Document and resolve customer queries, tickets, and requests, and develop departmental administrative tasks
• Resolve most tickets in first contact and otherwise elevate them with criteria
• Configure mobile devices
• Automate processes with scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to improve and maintain the environment
