2100 Performance is a longevity and cognitive performance company delivering doctor-led, AI- personalised training protocols at premium private members clubs. We are hiring an Operations Executive to be the on-the-ground face of our venue - keeping things running without friction, ensuring every member interaction reflects our standard, and owning the administrative systems that keep the business accurate and accountable. This is a high-ownership role. You will manage the room, the systems, and the members - often simultaneously. We need someone who takes initiative, communicates proactively, and stays composed when things do not go to plan. KEY DETAILS
