Job Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning business plans and financial modeling for each case.
• Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling, and clear presentations that enable decision‑making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product).
• Support Day 1 readiness and performance tracking under guidance of the Head of JV Development.
• Pre‑deal signing: support Head of JV Development in business planning including synergies identification and quantification, commercial agreement and TOM definition, day‑1 integration preparation and coordination with M&A team.
• Post‑deal signing: coordinate day‑1 integration with central teams and define & implement value‑creation plan (6‑months for small deals such as Civitfun,18+months for complex deals).
