Position Overview
Reporting to the Human Resources and Communications Manager, the Recruitment Officer is responsible for supporting recruitment and staffing services to attract, select, and retain a qualified workforce. This role coordinates recruitment processes, supports onboarding, and contributes to staff development initiatives within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal managers and external partners to support recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employee documentation and files.
