Responsibilities
- Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market.
- Mass e-mailings, cold calls, arrangement for prospect meetings and conduct viewings.
- Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings.
- Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion.
- Review and improve on existing marketing kit.
- Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation including insurance and audited statement.
