Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily sales team activities.
- Ensure sales targets and KPI are achieved.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market coverage.
- Maintain good relationships with distributors, stores, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Monitor product distribution and stock availability in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing and operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or similar role.
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
