Metsä Tissue is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in building, managing and growing long‑term partnerships with a number of local key accounts and end‑customers. Your mission is to drive profitable sales growth through proactive value‑based selling, strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
In this role you are responsible for the full account management of your customers – from identifying business opportunities and participating in tenders to offer creation, pricing decisions and new product placements. You analyse market trends and customer needs, translate insights into concrete actions and execute the local sales plan accordingly.
