Overview
Manage one of bolttech Philippines’s large key accounts in Financial Services and Mobility, developing and implementing strategic plans consistent with the Key Account’s mission. You will map the organisation and manage the relationship from CXO level to executive management, maintaining strong governance. You will own the relationship for bolttech, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Develop trust relationships with accounts/partners to ensure we retain and grow the relationship
- Act as the key account manager for partner clients and stakeholders
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and manage expectations
- Identify new opportunities within the key account that align with overall strategies
