The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing all services (MSS & ESS) within one or more accounts designated by the company for business development. This includes developing strategic planning, monitoring implementation, and achieving operational efficiency in accordance with company policy directions to increase customer retention/satisfaction, employee engagement, gross margin, collections, revenue, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Formulating strategies to increase growth from existing clients
- Formulating strategies for DSO achievement and management
- Ensuring margins are achieved in accordance with targets set
- Ensuring service quality aligns with agreements to increase client satisfaction
- Ensuring the management, development, and engagement of manpower to enhance employee competence and satisfaction
- Responsible for building an HSE climate to achieve Zero Fatality and Zero LTI targets
