Role Summary
The Offline Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, growth, and expansion of assigned retail and wholesale accounts.
This is a revenue-generating, target-driven role accountable for:
- Sell-in
- Sell-out
- Brand visibility
This role requires a senior and experienced individual who can independently generate and sustain offline sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance per account
- Ensure all accounts are actively ordering and rotating stocks
Account Growth and Expansion
- Identify and open new accounts (retail, wholesale, specialty channels)
- Expand SKU assortment per account
- Increase account contribution month-on-month
