Expert Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and positioning our software solutions and services to create mutual value. Within the first year, expectation for this role is to develop and execute account plans that result in % year-over-year revenue growth from his/her portfolio.
You will act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts, coordinating Solution Architects, Product Delivery, Support and Operations teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Key Accounts, KSA and coordinates closely with Sales, Delivery and Product teams.
