Thesuccessful candidate will consistently demonstrate excellentclassroom practice. They will possess the skills to lead change and driveimprovements in teaching and learning across the school. Candidates will need to possessthe knowledge and skills required to secure the best possible outcomes for allpupils including those facing some disadvantage and take a major responsibilityfor an area of school improvement.
