Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Conduct regular home visits to guide and support caregivers in parenting, child development, and family well-being.
- Build trusting relationships with families to encourage consistent participation and learning.
- Assess and monitor children’s development and family needs through screenings and case planning.
- Deliver the KidSTART curriculum to enhance parent-child interaction and developmental outcomes.
- Collaborate with community agencies (e.g. preschools, FSCs, SSOs) for integrated family support.
- Share insights and strategies with preschool teachers and principals to strengthen their understanding of child and family needs.
- Collaborate with CSS colleagues and other professionals involved in supporting the children to ensure a holistic approach to supporting KidSTART families.
