Qualifications and Skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

- 4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

- Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.

Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
