Overview
The Camp of the Hills kitchen provides food service for various ministry programs such as our Rental & Retreat program (typically weekend groups), Outdoor Education program (mid-week student groups), Immerse Discipleship program (young‑adult interns), as well as our traditional Summer Camps (week‑long camps that run 8‑10 weeks in the summer).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Kitchen Coordinator to provide food service for each program and event.
- Plan menus, calculate proportions and servings.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Handle food prep, food service, kitchen clean‑up, and general kitchen maintenance.
- Collaborate with program staff and kitchen volunteers to support large food service events.
