We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Kitchen Manager to lead the back‑of‑house operations at Bob and Berts. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, coffee and delivering top‑notch customer service, and can manage a small team while maintaining high standards of food quality and speed. You will take ownership of the kitchen, including inventory, staff scheduling, menu development, and food safety, ensuring a 5-star experience for our customers.

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring prompt service and high-quality food preparation, especially during busy breakfast and lunch shifts.
