Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and move kitchen supplies and ingredients to designated storage areas in a timely mannerConduct quality control checks on all incoming food deliveries to ensure items meet freshness, quantity, and quality standardsProperly pack, label, and store ingredients in storerooms, refrigerators, and freezers according to storage guidelinesEnsure correct stock rotation practices (e.g. FIFO) to minimise wastage and maintain food safetyMaintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas, storerooms, and refrigeration unitsUse and store cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in accordance with safety proceduresAdhere strictly to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards at all timesCarry out any other duties or tasks assigned by the kitchen management tea...
