Job Description

I am responsible for all aspects of the kitchen while supervising and must ensure that all dishes served meet the quality standards. With my experience, I inspire my team to follow company standards at all times. Hygiene and sanitation management, organization, food quality, team development are fundamental aspects of my job.

My Main Duties


+ Ensure that food quality and production standards are met

+ Ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen and actively participate where needed

+ Be proactive in food safety by promoting and maintaining good practices, ensuring the use of checklists and monitoring food temperature and storage areas

+ Rotate inventory and conduct food inventory according to company standards

+ Ensure adherence to recipes, and waste management

+ Ensure the health and safety of kitchen employees by training employees

+ Ensure the cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment
