Job Responsibilities:

• Manage KOL and influencer collaborations across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) to support brand campaigns and product launches.
• Research, identify, and evaluate suitable KOLs/KOCs based on campaign objectives, target audience, engagement rate, and content style.
• Manage the end-to-end KOL campaign execution process, including: KOL sourcing and outreach, campaign briefing and coordination, content submission tracking, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Negotiate collaboration rates and managing campaign deliverables within timeline and budget.
