We are looking for a junior L1 Network Engineer to support network operations within a large enterprise banking environment. This role is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in network support, NOC, infrastructure operations, or IT support who are willing to work in a shift-based environment, including night shift duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network services, performing first‑level troubleshooting, managing incidents, and escalating technical issues to the relevant L2/L3 support teams when required.
