Job Description

We are seeking a L1MA Caregiver/Med Passer who is also responsible for arranging staff coverage for the care team department based on established guidelines under the direction of the Care Team Manager. The supervisor will coordinator absences in scheduling software and secures replacements as needed. This role will train and ensure team members are correctly performing caregiver tasks. This role will champions customer service experience and company’s mission of Residents First in Everything We Do.

  • Maintains schedule for care team department ensuring vacant shifts are filled to meet staffing requirements.
