Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for network incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and load balancer issues
• Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP (VIPs, pools, basic configs)
• Manage Cisco Nexus Switches (VLANs, vPC, trunking)
• Support DHCP/DNS services and resolve IP-related issues
• Handle wireless controller configurations and user connectivity issues
• Monitor network health and escalate critical incidents

Skills

• Strong in TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, basic routing
• Hands-on with F5, Nexus, DHCP/DNS
• Basic wireless troubleshooting

Good to Have

• CCNA / F5 certification
• Knowledge of firewall basics
