As a Senior L2 Network Support & Monitoring / Incident Management professional, you will provide advanced network support and incident resolution for the client’s NOC, ensuring the reliability and performance of complex WAN environments. You will monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and links, diagnose problems, and work with cross‑functional teams to restore services quickly.
