L2/L3 Cloud Support Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide cloud operations support for production and staging environments (AWS).
  • Perform Linux/Windows server administration, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and L2 incident resolution.
  • Execute and manage OS patch management for both Linux and Windows servers using automation tools.
  • Handle application deployments through CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment tools.
  • Monitor system health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
  • Support operational security tasks (IAM policies, certificates, secrets management, guardrails).
  • Participate in change management processes, incident management, and address escalations.
  • Perform rotational standby/on-call support when required.
