Site Operations Management

• Direct and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across data center facilities to ensure high standards of reliability, efficiency and security
• Manage the execution of Move, Add and Change (MAC) processes, including deployment of IT hardware and structured cabling installations
• Lead the identification and resolution of hardware and cabling issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity
• Enforce adherence to structured cabling standards (FTP, UTP, Optical Fiber) and implement industry best practices for data center operations

Leadership & Team Management

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day supervision of on-site teams, including training, mentoring and performance management
• Define clear objectives, track progress and conduct regular evaluations to ensure individual and team effectiveness
