We’re looking for an experienced manager to join a successful and established Dental Laboratory on a full‑time basis.

Customer

• Ensure our customer experience is the best it can be and work out ways to improve it where needed.
• Continually explore new products/propositions that could satisfy customer demand or improve customer experience for both the Laboratory & Distribution business.

People

• Deliver regular staff meetings to keep the staff engaged with progress and updates.
• Prepare monthly business review/update for Senior Management.
• Lead the onsite management team and the performance of the business against agreed KPI’s.
