This Lab Technician role focuses on microbiology and quality control testing in a food manufacturing environment. You will perform product and microbiological analyses, support raw ingredient testing, and help ensure that only safe, high-quality products are released for shipment. Responsibilities

+ Perform product and microbiology testing to support quality control in a food manufacturing environment.

+ Conduct computer data entry and maintain accurate laboratory records and databases.

+ Set up the daily testing table and organize, label, and maintain a sample retention library.
