Location: Cupertino, CA

Introduction

In this role, you will set up and manage a large-scale hardware rack testing environment for various firmware projects. You will manage a myriad of devices and fixtures which run on these device clusters and provide physical in-lab support to enable automated system testing on these racks. You will collaborate with the firmware and hardware engineering teams in setting up the test hardware configurations and work with the test automation team to troubleshoot test environment issues and improve lab automations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in building and managing labs with devices.


• Technical support experience or equivalent working knowledge in computer hardware and networking.


• Experience in managing MacOS and iOS devices.


• Experience in automating device management using Python, bash, and Ansible.
