Job Description
The Lab Technician plays a critical role in preparing and compounding flavor samples, managing inventory, and supporting seamless collaboration across production, quality control, research and development, and shipping teams. This position helps ensure timely delivery of high-quality flavor samples while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
Responsibilities

+ Prepare and compound flavor samples for internal teams and external customers according to established formulas and procedures.

+ Operate laboratory equipment such as spray dryers, homogenizers, mixers, and extractors to produce flavor samples and related products.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, intermediates, and finished samples, and proactively resolve backorders.
