Job Description :

• Execute the testing processes associated with areas within the manufacturing operation.
• Complete all of the required tests in a safe, efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision.
• Audit of test results, batch records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize statistical tools to validate quality data and assure correlation to guidelines, control limts and specifications.
• Utilize all elements of the quality system to identify, classify and control the status of the products produced.
• Validate out of control/specification test results in regard to daily qualifications and product data.
• Reconcile test results against the various input points.
• Perform/maintain routine calibration and/or light maintenance of laboratory equipment, instrumentation and controlled standards.
• Complete documentation in both written (batch sheets) and electronic formats.
