Your Role

The main mission of this position is to perform sensory evaluations and physicochemical analyses of raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This is a temporary position based in Parets del Vallès, created as a replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sensory evaluations of raw materials and finished products, including assessment of appearance, odor, color, and taste. Materials may be powders or liquids, natural or synthetic, of botanical, animal, or other origins, and may contain all allergens except nuts, peanuts, lupin, and sesame.
• Perform physicochemical analyses such as salt content, water content, functionality testing, granulometry, infrared (IR) analysis, and other relevant assays.
• Carry out in-house allergen testing using rapid test kits.
