Job Description
Responsibilities - Assist the Quality Control (QC) Officer in carrying out routine laboratory activities, including arranging sample collection from internal warehouses and conducting chemical and physical testing, as well as sample incubation when required.
- Update, maintain, and review shipment documentation for traded products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper record management. This includes actively obtaining Certificates of Analysis (COA) from suppliers and ensuring appropriate filing and documentation.
- Provide support in complaint‑related testing for traded products when necessary, working closely with relevant departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate customer complaint handling processes by promptly notifying relevant parties and preparing complaint samples for submission to suppliers for further analysis and resolution.
