Job Description: Conduct laboratory operations in designated areas and report any malfunction, abnormality Practice good housekeeping to ensure the work area and surrounding is kept clean. Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous waste as defined in the Hazardous Waste Plan Verify and keep proper documentations once samples are received and opened Coordinate receipt and registration of samples in the LIMS software in a timely manner to be processed for testing without delay Report any equipment problem, calibration issues, or difficult samples Check equipment readiness for assigned test method, carry out QC test as needed and enter result in the SQC system. Homogenize sample and subdivide for various test benches Carry out routine testing of assigned bench Data entry of test results in datasheet or in LIMS Ensure all Safety and Health policies, test procedures are followed while carrying out test Any other ad hoc duties
