Performs physical tasks to support construction projects, including preparing sites (cleaning debris, digging trenches), loading/unloading materials, building temporary structures (scaffolding), operating hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers), assisting skilled trades (electricians, plumbers), mixing concrete, and ensuring site safety, requiring physical fitness, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.
