Intern – Labour Relations Department

We are currently seeking an Intern for the Labour Relations Department at our headquarters in Madrid.

Functions

• Support in the preparation of reports and in responding to recurring queries in Spanish and English on any labour‑related matter.
• Assistance in drafting standard employment contracts.
• Review of employment contracts.
• Assistance and support in Labour Inspections, challenges to infringement and settlement notices, administrative and judicial conciliation proceedings, collective disputes, etc.
• Advice on mass transfers of employees and workforce disengagement processes.
• Assistance in the development of the company’s labour protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduates in Law or Labour Relations.
• A Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Legal Advisory or Labour Relations is a plus.
