Your experience working with large-scale development or asset management organizations combined with a strong understanding of municipal processes and regulatory frameworks and up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape, development trends, market conditions and emerging opportunities in Atlantic Canada will allow you to play a pivotal role in the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with municipal authorities, planning consultants, engineers and legal advisors to secure zoning, subdivision and site plan approvals.
• Supporting industrial, commercial and retail land sales and development projects as well as new builds, expansions and redevelopments in support of the larger organization.
