Conduct detailed assessments of potential sites, considering factors such as land use, environmental impact, access to infrastructure, proximity to grid connections, and local regulations. Work closely with technical teams to evaluate the feasibility of each site for battery projects, wind, solar, and hydrogen. Navigate the regulatory landscape in Spain, ensuring compliance with local land use and environmental regulation.
Responsible for land acquisition and management of third party brokers/agents as needed to support the project development goals, with a focus on utility battery storage, scale wind and solar, and H2 projects.
