Job Summary: A
Land Development Project Manager having
8-15 years of civil engineering experience is required to work on
diverse projects across the
public and private sectors, including
mixed-use developments, government facilities, residential, commercial, office spaces, utilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical/data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
- Oversee site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design for private and public sector clients.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors to develop creative design solutions.
