Job Description
We are seeking a driven and hard-working Land Survey Technician to join our team. You will work alongside the survey party crew chief on diverse projects across South Carolina, including DOT, Commercial, Federal, Government, Industrial, Power Companies, and Warehouses.
Responsibilities
+ Locate, review, and research job locations to identify landmarks, physical objects, and significant land changes affecting the survey.
+ Supervise the work of the survey crew, evaluate priorities, and coordinate work efforts.
+ Ensure that the standard of work performed is high and derive necessary field calculations from completed work.
+ Maintain instruments and equipment, ensuring angles, distances, and collected information are accurate and conform to standards.
+ Coordinate findings with engineering personnel, clients, and other stakeholders.
